The simple reason is…I’m selling my property in Spain to free up funds because I,ll run out of cash shortly and Thailand seems the most viable option until I get my pension through

thanks …yeah I’m already dismissing the buying idea..I have a wise account and that works well..saw some really nice condos in Hua Hin,so that looks a possibility..thanks again for the positive advice
