"not for withdrawls from atm. 0 baht fee for scanning QR Code. ฿12for card interprovince fee. But already said you can get a new account and transfer to province from Pattaya"

 yes I do know this. The not so new biometrics thing I did at the branch of Emporium. New card I did at Sukhumvit 71 branch. My branch is on Sukhumvit Rd diagonally opp. Sukhumvit soi 11.
