The guide doesn't show it but I found the way to do it. I need to click the search button then click export and it will give me the file. Thanks everyone for the help.

 Thank you now I understand. Maybe they misunderstood and only saw the old extension they gave and not the one from cambodia because the stamps on my passport is a mess and not really in order
