I was on a multiple entry 1 year non o visa. That expired and then I applied for a 60 day family extension

Yes, that is the issue. My kids are here. One being a new-born and waiting on his British passport, so we couldn't even go back together!

I thinks it's a good call save the extensions, but I don't think i fancy waiting in huge crowds when the free extensions finish.

I am on a 1 year multiple entry marriage visa from Savannahkhet. It expires May 10th, but I have to leave again on April 12th. Do I still need to go to the immigration to make a 60 day extension or am I part of the automatic extension from the government? Thanks.

It does say on my visa in my passport. "Thai Child'.

My old visa was a marriage visa. It clearly stated 'Thai Wife' on the visa. Anyway, thank you for the information in regarding courts etc..
