thanks Sunday yes this is what I'm going to do I sent an introduction inviting letter once before and this time obviously stating she is now my wife and I've been there showing the two stamps of my trips and my bank statements showing this Plus I stated that I was buying the flight I happen told I can't just buy the one way as I was hoping she could stay a bit longer on the next tension and then I would have some holiday leave entitlement again, and I could fly back with her in July type of thing but I put a thousand pound to one side for the flight thanks again for the help & advice

thanks for the advice yes the reason it we failed I was cautious so I sent them a bank account thinking it was to prove that I was real for her, but if I was being scammed there was just a thousand in there plus as she works online, and I just moved into a property address details didn't match up

we got married in Thailand on the second hence the flights for me and my parents the wedding cost the monks the photographer the marriage license and the British Embassy to prove I was eligible to marry? I was told I don't need to show when speaking to the embassy earning over eighteen and a half thousand which I clearly do been in the job over two years I'm just been told I'm going to be getting a 3% pay rise as I do a brilliant job I believe you're referring to this new restriction on the 4th of march where it going up to 38,000 but I was assuming that was if you wanted the permanently bring a partner in to the UK full-time as someone pointed out I don't have the funds to retire out there full-time so my option as I'm 56 looking at one of those retiring visas and trying to do six months UK 6 month Thailand maybe I actually secured a property bigger than than the last place for her to come last year as I said things didn't go to plan

thank you Neil the reply, yes originally I was being cautious I just sent them a bank statement with not a lot in in case they try to rip me off, since then as I said we've spoken every day three times a day and then I went out as she told me that this agent said it would strengthen it if we were married I thought of it helped strengthen the case then why not as she does make me feel really good especially when we together I'm now finding it doesn't seem to have made a difference which is why I'm starting to question it as people are say ?

thanks for your reply yes it's like we are saying you had to show sending her money that is the money she has now in her account so I'm about background down in flights and wedding cost she does have a good job and earns well there so I don't think it it's her more this agent changing things and not putting the application in ?
