If you carry a passport from ASEAN country then any land border will be ok with no limits.
However, if your passport is from a non ASEAN country then you are limited to 2 crossings per calendar year and you can get back to Thailand only by air after the 2 times.
Unfortunately for you with a Sudani passport and in Cambodia on a tourist visa, it will be a lengthy process for you to get a tourist visa to Thailand, as I explained to you in your last post.
An agent in Cambodia cannot help you with your Thai visa but can help you extend your Cambodia tourist visa another 30 days, and this process will take about 2wks.
If you are running out of time on your Cambodia stay, I would suggest to you to go to Malaysia and apply for a Thai tourist visa as soon as you arrive into Malaysia.
As far as I know Malaysia allows free entry to all Arab passport holders, but you should verify with the embassy of Malaysia in Phnom Penh first.
If you live in Cambodia with long-term visa type (Ex), either retired or with work permit, then it's a simple 4-day process. However if you are just a tourist in Cambodia, then you still can apply but your application will be forwarded to the foreign ministry in Thailand for review and approval, and that could take more than one month.
You should read the information at the link below for more details and good luck.
As already mentioned, you can get 30day extension here. However , it may save you time and money to get 60day tourist visa at the Royal Thai Embassy in Australia.
