FYI. I went and done it myself. Copies of old passport and stamps. Copies of new passport and stamps. Fill in a transfer form. Queue up. Then told come back later. All up 2 hours. So I did get the reentry stamped moved without any issues even after the extension Stamps were moved

 they moved my extension of stay retirement. I bought the multiple re-entry same time same place at Jomtien immigration
