TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a re-entry permit in Thailand for retirement, you can visit a local Thai Immigration office to buy the permit beforehand for 1,000 Thai baht. To complete the process, fill out the TM8 form and provide a passport photo, copies of your passport data page, entry stamp, and TM6 departure card. Alternatively, you can also obtain the re-entry permit at the airport, where services are available 24/7.

Not quite sure what you’re asking. If you’re looking for a reentry permit then its very easy. You fill out a form called a TM8. Have a photo and copies of your passport data page, entry stamp and TM6 departure card. Cost is 1,000 baht for a single or 3,800 for a multiple entry one.
