they drive you to border and expedite your exit from Thailand and re-entry. There will be some of them in your location, just ask around. They will be near your nearest immigration office

simply use a border bounce agency to exit and return until your 50th and you can get the retirement visa/extensions.

yes for sure. Thailand has 61 or so tax agreements in place. Which means 130 countries don’t have one. And as of 1 Jan 2024, we are clearly tax residents of Thailand. LTR holders are exempt tax. But everyone else MIGHT have an issue someday.

But I totally agree the tax agreements will help many of us from actually paying tax here

there is no need to report if you are outside the country. If you leave within 90 days each time… u never need to report

You can ‘stay home’ all you like. But it makes no difference. The poster can come back immediately. There is no restriction.

every time you enter is a 60 day visa exemption. Each can be extended by 30 days for 1900 baht at any immigration office in the country
