ok we can do that as the funds are already there. Am I then best to get him sorted, is there anything in country that I can apply for once that is done ….. would probably have to leave and come in again as I guess by then the 30 day tourist visa would be close to up for me. Would you happen to know if you can apply for the non O anywhere or does it have to be in the country of your passport?

Tried on two seperate occasions all I received was an extra month. Perhaps I asked for the wrong thing?

most post seem to agree that applying in country for the non O based on being over 50 is best as his/our funds are not in the country of our passport.

this is the visa I’ve had it only allows for stay of 90 days and cannot be extended in Bkk.

apologies I don’t understand how that would work.

How do I apply for the non O here without his “retirement” visa? Previously I’ve had to hand over notarised copies of his passport/visa and a letter to get it and they would not extend it in Bkk.

Also the 800 sent last year still considered valid funds?

I am over 50, my husband as stated above is on a retirement visa. He brings in the 800k for his.... I’m on the visa above as I do not.
