Apologies in advance realise a lot of questions are similar/same. Iโ€™ve always renewed by leaving the country but as this is not possible at present is this one that can be done now whilst numbers at CW BKK are down? If so which form should I download TM7? Photocopies of these pages and the pic pages (got a new passport when last away so x 2) and photos required? Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the application for an Extension of Stay in Thailand for an individual holding a Non-O visa, particularly due to the inability to leave the country for renewal. The responses advise that it's possible to apply for the extension based on being a family member of a foreigner who holds a residence permit in Thailand. Specific forms needed include the TM7, along with necessary photocopies and photos. It is recommended to ask the local immigration office for a precise checklist of required documents.

For the extension of stay based on being a family member of an alien, you should ask your local immigration office for the specific requirements.

You should be able to. But, then the question becomes, *WHICH* extension of stay do you qualify for?

Are you:

-Over 50?

- Are you a trailing spouse to a foreigner?

- Do you have 800K THB in a bank account?

- What visa status does your husband have?

Wait, you're female (according to the visa), and I'm guessing your husband isn't Thai.

It looks like your current entry stamp expires May 12th. I would wait for more information.

You have a multiple entry non-O visa. The "O" stands for "other". What that "other" is, we don't know.

What was the reason you got the Non-O visa?

You can apply for a 1 year Extension of Stay based on .............

I can not tell what documents you need as I do not know what the reason is you got this Non Immigrant O visa, and as not all of the more then 70 offices nationwide have the same list, the best option is to visit your local Immigration office and ask the hand out for your reason to apply for the Extension of Stay
