 I did and got no distinction.. but now tried more sires and siam-legal.com made the distinction... not very clearly but I'll take it 😊. Thx

 thank you... the sites I have read so far did not make this distinction... they mentioned that it was a new requirement though..... would you have an official source for the non O not requiring the insurance?
