then I wouldn't worrie about the overstay just pay the fee and you'll be fine they will likely question you about the overstay but just say you made a mistake when booking and didnt realize the mistake and you should be let go without issue

Id suggests finding alternative means of a bank account its not going to get better any time soon or find yourself a nice trustworthy girlfriend thats what i do i just send money through wise to her account and then go to the atm nice and simple and the exchange has been better then the local exchanges funnily enough even with their tiny fee

You dont need a visa at all to buy a condo if you have the money you can buy it

It's says your account has to show 500,000 baht it says nothing about requiring it to be there for a certain amount of time and others have had no issue doing like what your stating so it shouldn't be a problem

yea follow this and you shouldn't have any problems running and owning a business is more work then it's worth unless your packing best to invest it in stocks or elswear
