What is the current issue between Thailand and Booking.com regarding hotel bookings?

Yea I had similar experiences. Going with Booking and Agoda is OK because you get to view your options. But if you want to change or cancel your booking you have to contact the hotel and then Booking/Agoda to get your money back.
