I got hit by sea lice the other day in Koh Lanta. Heard there were jellyfish in the water as well.

I should have known better since even though the beach was beautiful there wasn’t anyone swimming in the ocean. Big contrast to the Andaman side which is full of people swimming….. at least in Karon and Patong where I’ve been since.

I’m here for 2 months and would never put my pup through that kind of flight.

In my opinion a trip like that is brutal for a dog. If you’re moving permanently no problem but for a short trip leave them at home. If you find good care they’ll be very comfortable at home.

maybe his excuse is trying to put the dogs needs first versus your aunt. For a short duration she should get care for him or her at home, much less trauma.
