Apologies if this has been asked too many times already. I’m going to apply for the 60 day tourist visa……. Not sure if they need proof of accommodation for the entire trip or just the first place. I’m seeing info suggesting both so not sure. TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirements for a 60-day tourist visa vary among Thai embassies and consulates, and there is no universal standard. Applicants are advised to consult the specific embassy's official website to understand whether they need to provide proof of accommodation for their entire stay or just the first part of it. It's recommended to refer to the embassy in the country where you currently reside.

Dear members, we are getting a bunch of these kinds of posts that we have to decline. Because anyone of this group cannot provide the right answer or advice. PLEASE check the official website for the information FIRST.

I mean no disrespect to OP or any members, but as I wrote above, there is no general, one-standard answer to this kind of question. And that is also the reason why you cannot find the concrete answer, you are searching them without the necessary factors.

You need to check the detailed requirements for Single Entry Tourist Visa on the website of the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate-General exactly where you want to apply for your visa at.

All embassies and consulates have their own requirements for paperwork to meet the general criteria. There is NO such thing as a requirements list that fits all Thai embassies over the world.

Please go to the website of the Thai embassy in the country where you are now.
