 they started taking drivers licenses if you could not pay on spot. You have to go to police station and collect it also pay fine

 no need for an international permit. I was pulled over a few times at check points. They looked at my US drivers license and waved me through.

Fake profile and no stamp to show. Does not give name of visa agent or agency. I've also seen a particular visa agency commenting on many post. So maybe they are trying to drum up some business 🤔
