For my TR visa a year ago I added a screenshot of my bank balance for finances and had a 1 week hotel booking for accommodation. I’m sure you could book a free cancellation hotel on agoda if you’re worried about it just for the purposes of the visa.

I believe it’s the Non-O based on being a dependent. The same one the op would get for his wife. I was told this would be the one I get for my daughter too after I get my non B

I know that’s what I’m on a tourist visa but extending with the covid extension.

She handed me two forms one for me and one for my daughter. When I go home I will send to you.

I have to do it again in November it says on the paper. I was there getting my 2nd covid extension.

I had to fulfil a 90 day report at chaengwattana Friday just gone.

I didn’t know I needed to do one as I’m on a tr visa but was handed the paperwork at the desk.
