I've no idea,but I was shocked at the behaviour of them,laughing when I asked for a reciept, The paperwork was done by an animal transporter of many years experience and all in order,Shipped from Vienna, to Suvarabuhni via Schiphol, both dogs could travel on the same plane going that route,and arrived in good condition, This was in March last year,

they stated unless paid the dogs would be destroyed, and no receipt would be issued, Souverabuhni airport customs, My partner was there,and there was no misunderstanding, because of language, and the customs officers both spoke perfect English ,Yes I said about the 500baht fee on their web page,to which they replied unless I paid the money the dogs would be impounded and destroyed, Yes it rankles,

1000 baht was very cheap,They initially wanted 60,000 baht for my 2 GSDs,but got them down to 20,000 ,of course no receipt,

they want a load more,I had to take 30,000 cash for a deposit on a property in Europe and they were very suspicious, and needed more proof than bank account withdrawals,

Technically its 10,000 per person, so maybe dont take over that amount in readies
