Yeah I have all of that, it's a bit of a pain to translate the pdf, they get broken with every tool I tried. But maybe I could use the evisa website to do that procedure even while out of the country since I'm a french resident but I'm not really sure, that would save me a lot of hassle.

I am not currently in my country so I cannot use evisa website or maybe I am missing something?

I am a resident of France but I am on a trip in Asia right now, is it okay if I use evisa ? Because they explicitely say I need to be located in my country while doing so.
