This actually is a valid question, as we have learned a lot the past few days. The answer is no, it is a flat fee. The Elite VIsa works in conjunction with the Thai government, so you just pay the fee and that is it. There are different tiers that is involved after your 5 years as for an extension, basically money talks and, well you know the rest 🤣
