the Visa comes with quite a few privileges. Much easier than Thailand.

Take a look at the Philippines and their 10-year retirement visa. The Philippines is a great place if you know how to navigate. You also have to keep in mind infrastructure. Having an interest in the Philippines Thailand and Cambodia someone in your situation may find the Philippines to be most advantageous
