It is easier just to blank it out. If they want something more then they will contact me back. Contacting them to ask them questions is like waiting on a letter from a dead man. The thing is since the DTV is a new visa even they are not sure what they need in the beginning.

It is not just the bank account. They will have a copy of my Identity card, address, phone number plus all bank details. One can do a lot of damage with all this info here in Asia.
