so you already got your company, got 2 million Baht shareholder funds, got a Non-B visa and a work permit which will allow you to supervise the four mandatory Thai employees. If they can't read, buy a VASCO V4 speaking translator. You got a supply line and all legal permits to start into the business. Go ahead and open that coffeeshop in Chiang Mai. But be careful, you are not allowed to put a hand onto anything, your work permit doesn't cover an occupation a Thai could do. Sometimes there's people out there who envy what you do, and would take any chance to shoot pictures showing you emptying ashtrays and putting up the chairs at closing time, only to report it.
