If you are part of EU or any related country. Just walk in into German consulate and ask if they can stamp it. And than bring to MFA in MaeRim. But this worked for my EU passport. I don't know if UK can still use this.

 if your husband is Thai he already filles taxes? So last 3 filling is enough. I think he earns more than 30kTHB?
