Have a good plan and a solid contract and you're all good. I recommend a good lawyer to help guide you through. Be diligent and know your business and you will be fine

I married a Thai women, her and her family never let me pay for anything. They built me a house and bought us a car. If you find a relationship in a bar in any country it may not be genuine but Thai people are far more trustworthy and supportive that most cultures
