same happend to me with the Kasikorn bank, i got my Ais number useing my pink ID, that didn`t match with my passport number.

I take the fotos at home drive to town get the letter from the Obidor go the copy shop copy my paperwork print fotos finished and ready to go to the Immigration. Its about 7 documents x 2 copys.

The married visa is no problem at all, a few foto copys 3 pitures and your bank statement with at least 40k a month.
