In case you want extension or any other immigration service they may want to see your TM.30 if you don't represent it 1600thb fine for you (basically for the hotel/condo owner) but in your case you will pay.
yes. if you stayed at hotel/condo the owner/manager must register you as guest there. if you stay at friend's place must go with him to immigration to be registered. the point is to know where the ALIEN is all the time and to report on every time you change location even from hotel to condo and etc..
I'm asking because I have have friends over on Tourist visa and I want them to get the temporary license, for now and future usage, BUT they are not in the rental agreement, they have TM.30 done of course, but not idea how should be done :/
