If you don't have a Thai card attached you will be on the app store associated with the country of your payment card possibly. Therefore apps that are Thailand ONLY, will not show up in your search results.

You can change this by editing your address and adding a Thai payment method to your account, it should then change you to the Thai appstore. It is well worth doing this, because things like Apple Music are much much cheaper on the Thai appstore.
