Does anyone know what documents are required to extend my 3 month type-O visa for spouse accompanying by wife who has a work permit? I can only find info that relates to a Thai / Foreigner visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a 3-month Type-O visa for a foreign spouse of a Thai national who holds a work permit, essential documents typically include copies of both spouses' passports, the work permit of the Thai spouse, the application for extension of stay, a recent passport photo, and the marriage certificate. Users have noted successes in different approach like obtaining a longer multiple-entry visa in places like Savannakhet, indicating some variability in requirements.
My husband and I are having the same problem with finding info. He drove up there Thursday to ask and they told him he only needs copies of both of our passports, my work permit, the application for extension of stay, passport photo, and our marriage certificate. It doesn't sound right to me. Too easy lol. He's going to attempt it with that paperwork Monday. Will let know if that's true or not then.
They are telling the truth imo. It is the same thing to extend Non-O based on marriage after 3 months for 2 more months til border run if you do not meet financial for 1 year extension.
