It's not me, it's my husband. He got it for overstay, a while back but when he got his letter, it had his information incorrectly filled out (by immigration). I received a job offer but I won't accept unless he would be able to join me. I assumed it was a no-go until his time is up but then he showed me the paperwork and it's scrambled.
