And to clarify. This blacklist paper he was given has his name incorrectly spelled and his passport number isn't correct. I know that it is up to the immigration officer to decide and I don't know if this was a quiet pass or just someone not doing there job that day

I've already tried directly contacting immigration and I haven't received anything back in 30 days. That's why I'm looking for a paid service

Who? I still haven't received an answer to the original question. Is there a service that can assist in determining if a blacklist is legitimate?

The point if these threads is to make it searchable for anyone with similar questions in the future and instead I'm receiving answers that are unrelated or assuming.
