well I must have gotten lucky, the first part of December, before the changes. Do you have a link with the new changes? I’d like to see it before I go about obtaining the Ed Visa again now that I’m back in Thailand.

you are wrong. I was able to obtain the Ed visa without having to leave the country. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and wasn’t able to attend the start of the class so I had to cancel the Ed visa. So yes, you are able to obtain an Ed Visa while in Thailand. The school takes care of everything, if you’re willing to pay them. This was with Duke Language school.
