Tod Daniels what do you mean by can’t access or can access? It’s fixed for one year and I keep it there so thought I would use it for this purpose! If I break it I can use it am sure and they give me a book bank as well for this. At one point of time I wanted to use this deposit to secure a credit card but never got around to doing that
