I believe this is likely to be approved since it already passed the Pending Document Check.

Yes it’s correct. The stamp that really matter here is the July 5 stamp. You may apply for 1 year extension starting first week of June.

It is a good time to go to immigration office because it is less crowded (maybe) than usual.

I know there are shop at CW for photocopy and photo services. However, your visa application has to be done at Mueang Thong Thani complex, not sure if there are shops there to take photos.

Yes that is correct. The non immigrant O visa is good for 90 days and before the end of 90 days, you apply for the 1 year extension of stay based on Thai wife.

If your local office asked for 2 months seasoning, you can ask for 60-day temporary extension for having Thai wife and then apply for the Non O.

400,000 THB in a Thai account if you want to change to "Thai wife" Non-O. The 2 months seasoning requirement is not required at this point. If you want the Non-O retirement, then the amount is 800,000 THB. Again, no 2-month seasoning required at this point. But it is better to check with your local immigration about the seasoning of the funds for the initial Non O visa.

You may change to Non O visa given that you still have at least 15 days remaining in your permit to stay/extension.

Check with your airline. For Thai Airways, they require it for transit passengers.
