I have pension and SS Direct deposited in Thai acct. I dont transfer back.

The DD funds aren't pnested, once deposited, free to use, withdraw, ATM or donate as long as DD is deposited from abroad the next month.

If it drops below 65k, and you have savings account with steady balance making up the drop, it's fine.

Don't know, can only speak for US pensions and SS benefits.

I do know some of the comments are causing fear with ' speculated' interpretation.

Can email the affected Agency for fact, rather than the guy on a barstool.

US , social security direct deposited as FTT is not. and will not be taxed.

can't use a border condition in US to skirt this issue.

So, so many Thai ladies get to US under many conditions. Then disappear onto Thai Town on LA. ( tens of thousands ).
