if the money is invested then there often is no cheap option for doing that.

Anonymer Teilnehmer for my entries on the DTV i never had to provide any documents (no financial proof, nothing)… for my successful DTV extension i had to proof everything again with fresh dated documents (certificate of employment, bank statements, etc.)

Just get a METV or ED. no one will care if you work remotely. Not a single case where anyone got into problems for REMOTE work. thausands are working like that all the time. very common

Retirement Visa is far superior as its a real longterm visa. I would allways choose it over a DTV.

800k for the non-o only for a year. after that i would switch to the 65k baht option instead. research that topic first.

add: you definitely should think about health insurance. or do you have tens

of thausands of savings in case something happens? what if you get into a serious accident or disease?

clueless agents making up stuff to scare people and make money. many are probably also just ignorant and uninformed… agents dont even have any impact in the DTV.
