I gave them a wai and my best behaviour and it was cleared in 3 min, except for the waiting time in cew + travel time (3h).

Just got done here. Paid 1300b fine, 800b for the guy dragged me here, and then 1900b for a 30 day extension. Totally 4000b, I’m ok with it.

everything checked out so far. I’m at immigration and it’s correct. Only thing might be how much that guy that brought me here is making from this because he’s not spending 3-4h in immigration with a stranger for free.

it was the guy that registers every foreigner in the condo building I just signed a 1 year contract in that reacted to my tourist visa that dragged me to immigration because my intention is to not use my return ticket and apply for a student visa.

tm30 was not filed properly they say.

If I want to go home on my return ticket I don’t have to pay a fine they say, but my intention is to get a student visa before my tourist visa expires and that’s why I might have to pay a fine. However it’s up to the immigration officers mood if there will be a fine or not.
