lived here for a month already and paid for them to register tm30 at airport, hotel and this condo. But still nothing been registered so I had to do it again in person. But now it’s done at least.

it was resolved many hours ago and accounted for step by step in these threads. The reason I asked here is that I never heard of the 24h rule before and wanted to get advice on that, but on arrival to immigration I saw that it was legitimate. 🙏

If I didn’t wanna be here I wouldn’t. For me there’s no place else I rather be, I love Thailand with or without its flaws. I’m far from perfect myself 🙃

of course I was scammed, the receipt is for 1300b. But I have my approved residential certificate in my hand now and can proceed with changing my visa to a student visa or other. Still worth it cause a lesson was learned. Education has no price 😂

He’s actually still with me on the way back to the condo now, and he has seen nothing but smiles and compliance from me thru this bs.

If this happened in my home country he would be wearing a full body cast in a ICU. But TiT and I am a guest here so I will practice my enormous patience and walk it off…
