May I ask if your marriage certificate is in English? My husband dtv visa been approved (we are using an agent), but we are stuck at our marriage certificate being in Spanish (destination wedding married in mexico), we already had it translated and notarized but the agent said it will need to get legalized by mexico embassy, but then mexico embassy said we have to get it legalized back in mexico which is a pain to do so.. so wonder if I should just give up and apply for soft power individually instead..
