Is that the reason the passes are not getting approved? I have a team of 10 traveling to Thailand on Monday from various countries for a business meeting and no one got Thaipass approved yet, all are "in review"... is making 7 days today we all applied so getting a bit nervous... 🙁

thanks for this, I tried again and realized I had entered the mail with CAPSLOCK when filling the application, now I can see is "In Review" at least I know is there!
