Technically yes absolutely 😂. And hence I’m living in Thailand. And actually it’s Surrey, Hampton Court, do you know it ? ‘The Thames Riviera’, but we fondly call it the ‘Molesey Riviera’. It was actually a holiday destination for London’s rich and famous when the train line opened in 1849, it was the first ‘out of city’ train line. And steeped in history. But I know everything and everyone, I have a beautiful family home, and I lived a very colourful life there. It’s the island life for me now. But I’m not desperate to live elsewhere in Asia, such as Vietnam or Cambodia.

I am doing just that, 42 and a quarter, just got my first Ed visa. But you never know what might happen. My life has nearly turned upside down at least twice this year, and it’s only august 😱

maybe carry more than 5000 next time, if that’s your ‘just in case fund’. 40,000 might be sufficient.

but it should make people think a little more before having kids. It is one of the most selfish acts a human can make. People are always shocked when I say this at dinner parties. When there is millions of kids suffering terribly, needing a loving mother, family and home, and what a unbeatable gift, to sacrifice your life to make someone else’s better. Makes me sad how little it is considered, especially in the middle classes and working professionals.
