oh yes I've tried reporting to immigration every 3months as the borders are closed and they aren't interested. I try to keep myself legal and if the immigration office isn't interested in people trying to keep legal I don't know what else to do. My plans were to fly out of Thailand the start of April however due to Covid those plans were screwed. The purpose of the question today was to get helpful information not being slagged off at. My plans are still to fly out of Thailand when things settle. My Thai wife with or without me as my home country has its own problems with COVID

my visa was issued October 2019 and I've been under amnesty since April as the borders were closed unable to leave and return to Thailand. I'm hoping to remain in Thailand. The extension or renewal of my visa is always high on my priorities

I have visited the local office the pat 2months requesting the list of requirements to extend the visa and because the visa was issued in Laos they are saying go out of Thailand

My current timing doesn't allow for the requirements of 2or3 months

Thanks for the information. If the borders were freely open I'd have no problemd heading out to Laos or Malaysia
