I currently holding a non O multi entry visa due to expire early October and I asked my local immigration office if they would do an extension. Their answers was blunt No go out of Thailand. Is there any way to extend this type of visa inside Thailand late September. Any advise
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on extending their Non-O multi-entry visa before its expiration in early October while remaining in Thailand. Despite being informed that an extension is not possible by the local immigration office, various comments suggest alternatives. Some users recommend applying for a 60-day family visit extension if eligible, as it does not require proof of funds, while others mention the option of shifting funds into a Thai bank account to meet financial requirements for future applications. Discussions also address the necessity of paying attention to visa regulations, especially in light of disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
