Just an update to my post I have a Visa company that’s going to help me . It’s ฿50,000 which sounds like a lot, but they will submit everything for me and make sure it’s right before hand. They will submit the letter of acceptance for me and it also covers the cost of the class for the next six months and the cost of the visa of course Not sure if the letter will need to be renewed every six months or not I don’t have an answer for that. For some, this might sound like a lot, but I was planning on doing the elite visa for about 27,000 USD up until two months ago so this is still a much cheaper option for me

well, I’m definitely selling my house. I’m not quitting my job and uprooting just to end up back where I came from. That’s just not my personality. I’ve been to Thailand and travel the world so I’m used to being out of the US and looking forward to the adventure

I have, but I haven’t been able to get enough information to actually apply for the Visa yet that’s why am asking here , if anyone else has had success

I can, but that one cost about $26,000 USD so I prefer to do the DTV and save lots of money
