Does anyone know how many days you have to arrive in Thailand after your destination Thai Visa has been issued? The reason I’m asking is, I am selling my house and I don’t want to apply for it too early . And let’s say the people that buy my house want to move in in six weeks, if I apply for the visa right then will that give me enough time to have it issued? I know it’s a new Visa and nobody has exact answers.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can arrive in Thailand at any time within the validity of your visa, which is typically five years from the date it's issued. However, for planning purposes, it's advised not to apply for the visa more than three months prior to your intended arrival date.
Applying through thai embassy in Los Angeles when you enter your travel information it says at the top "Applicant should not apply for visa more than 3 months before the date of intended arrival". Hope that helps
You don't have to arrive at all. The visa is valid for 5 years from the day it's issued, whether you travel to Thailand or not. You can arrive after 4 years and 364 days and get stamped in on it.
