I will be in Vietnam 🇻🇳, in Hanoi from 27 November until 3 December.

I don’t understand something about apply online … I can be in Hanoi and apply and HCMC or no ?

I read all 💬 around here and seems that in HCMC they can move faster than Hanoi .
