Big thanks to this amazing group, it really helped a lot!
Arrived 28.10 and applied as soon as I got to my hotel, it was almost 3AM when I submitted it.
Documents: photo + passport Company's registration + documents to prove that I'm the sole owner
Bank statement for the last 3 months with over 500k THB in there ( only 5 transactions in the last 3 months since I don't use that account much and it was fine)
Portfolio: my website links, YouTube channel links as well as screenshots from the studio page where it shows analytics and explaining only owner/manager could see that part of the channels)
Explaining that I own the websites and 3 of these YouTube channels + manage on YouTube channel for the client + what I do and it is all done remotely
Wise payment slip from my client that she paid me (through her personal account though and it was fine)
No extra documents needed. Approved Friday 22:53 (!!) I was surprised to get approved outside of the business hours but sure am glad I did and can go to Thailand today instead of spending the weekend here.
Edit: forgot to add proof of location. For that I gave them arriving to Vietnam visa stamp + Wise account statement where last 2 transactions are from Vietnam

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully applied for a DTV visa in HCMC, Vietnam, providing necessary documents, including proof of ownership of their business and a bank statement. They submitted their application almost at midnight and were surprised to receive approval on a Friday evening, allowing them to travel to Thailand sooner than expected. Other commenters expressed congratulations, asked questions about the process, and discussed differences between applying in HCMC and Hanoi.
If you are in Hanoi you apply with the Hanoi Embassy, you have to upload hotel booking passport stamp of entry. If you stay in HCMC you apply with the embassy there. You are given the options of location when you apply. You would need to go to HCMC to apply there.
You can have business partners. If you are the sole owner, you prove that. The embassy would not ask for paperwork from the business owner or partners, if you state you are the sole owner
