TLDR : Answer Summary
To get a Thai address for your license application, you need to apply for a Certificate of Residence at your local immigration office. This process requires a TM30 form, which should be filed by your landlord upon your arrival. You might also consider getting a lease agreement, as this can help support your application. Alternatively, some embassies may provide certificates that can be used for this purpose.
Ask your landlord if they filed a TM30, when you arrived. If they did, you can get a Certificate of residence from immigration

Get a lease then take the TM 30 the landlord makes to the immigration office by airport 2nd floor by 12pm to process a certificate of Residence takes a week to come in mail, then that is what you use for license

Jonathan Constable the other group wouldn't even allow this question because it's not about a visa.

If you are talking about a Thai address, you must go to your immigration office and apply for a residence certificate. The address will be based on where you stay, as that's where your TM30 will be filed by the property owner.
