Good morning. I applied for my yearly Non-O Marriage extension last week and noticed there were three new forms that we had to fill out at the counter: ST.11 and STM.10. I can’t remember the third one that my wife had to fill out in Thai. They are not listed on the Chaengwattana list of documents. Does anyone know the name of that third document that the Thai spouse fills out to validate the marriage? Also, I need to get the stamp next week and apply for the re-entry stamp. Are there any new documents required for this now too beside the TM. 8?

Samui Immigration on Retirement Visa. 1. Get the 16 point handout from the office. Be sure to use their forms and not those available from the internet, viz TM.7. TM.8 and the STM.2

2. Your ID photos must be in colour and be taken within the last 6 months.

3. For multiple entry Visa your cost will be 6000 Baht

4. Once you hand your documents to the “Lady” you will be told to report back in the afternoon. On your second visit she will examine your documents. If they are in order she will again make copies of your passport on the office copier, (could be something to do with the orientation of the page relative to the copy page.)

5. Next you will be asked for 6000 Baht, no receipt will be given, just relax and smile.

6. You may then be told to report back in 3 days to collect your passport.

7. Put on a cheerful sad smile and clasping your hands together ( wai) ask if it’s at all possible to collect the next day because you have traveled from far.

8. Do your 3rd visit the next day after lunch( remember lunch is between 12 and 1 pm ) , smile nicely and the friendly lady on the left ( as you enter) will produce your passport with new Visa.

9. Relax for 365 days and repeat above.

10. Report every 90 days unless you leave Thailand, on your return start counting again.

I searched the group and could not find the correct form for a one year non-b visa application.

Can anyone link that for me? I'm in Ubon.
